Inside the church, there were a number of interesting woodcarvings. The detail is amazing during this visit I was unable to get any detail about the carvings.
The day-to-day dress in the village today, it is sewn from poplin with pleats; it took a bit of convincing to get this picture. The sash, sold to me as part of the costume, is no longer in use or was not dyed before I bought it. The belt is back strap woven.
